Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang
PRESIDENT

Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang has been actively involved in the disability sports community for decades and currently serves as President of the Singapore National Paralympic Council, the Singapore Disability Sports Council, and Special Olympics Singapore. She is also a member of MCCY’s Enabling Sports Taskforce, the Unleash the Roar! Executive Committee, and the Agitos Foundation Board of Trustees/International Paralympic Committee. Sock Miang is a specialist movement consultant and an adapted physical education/activities specialist. She is currently a consultant with the Ministry of Education’s Special Education Branch, where she assists in the development of the PE curriculum for special schools.

Ms Monique Heah
VICE PRESIDENT

Ms Monique Heah is the Managing Director at Ecoflora (S) Pte Ltd. She has served as a committee member at the Equestrian Federation of Singapore for the past 16 years, and has helmed the positions of Honorary Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and currently, Secretary General. She has also been involved in various major Games, namely SEA Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, in different capacities.

Mr Ho Cheng Kwee
VICE PRESIDENT

Mr Ho Cheng Kwee retired from the Royal Dutch Shell Group in 2011, with his last role being the Global Head of Downstream Governance, Risk and Assurance. He was responsible for the audit committees and the governance and business controls frameworks for Shell Group’s downstream business, which operated in more than 70 countries with turnover of more than USD 400 billion. Mr Ho spends a significant amount of his time devoted to voluntary work.

Mr Low See Lien
HONORARY TREASURER

Mr Low See Lien is a Partner, Assurance at Baker Tilly Singapore. With his extensive audit experience, See Lien’s appointment augments the firm’s assurance competencies. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, and his clients include listed companies, multinational companies and statutory boards with an industry portfolio comprising oil and gas, technology, manufacturing, media and communication and retail. See Lien is a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Ms Ng Wee Chew
HONORARY ASSISTANT TREASURER

Ms Ng Wee Chew is a financial advisor who assess clients' financial situations and offer advice and develops personalised financial plans to meet their financial goals. She was formerly a senior international finance leader with almost 30 years of experience and held board-level responsibility, with significant experience in corporate governance, including joint venture management, and enterprise risk management.

Mr Gary Chong

Mr Gary Chong is a senior risk manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry. He is currently the Managing Director at ING Bank N.V., where he is responsible for non-financial risk management. He is also a member of the advisory committee at Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of Business & Accountancy.

Ms Erynne Lim
MEMBER (CO-OPTED)

Ms Erynne Lim is the Group General Counsel at a single family office, advising on investments, M&A and strategic transactions across sectors such as real estate, retail and lifestyle, financial services, technology, manufacturing and natural resources. She was previously Managing Director and APAC Head of Compliance at a global private equity firm. Erynne started her career in London as a corporate M&A and capital markets lawyer and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.

Mr Toh Wei Soong
MEMBER (CO-OPTED)

Mr Toh Wei Song, sits on the SNPC board representing the Singapore Para Athlete's Commission (SPAC) as the Vice Chairperson of SPAC. Wei Soong is the first para swimmer to win a medal at the Gold Coast 1018 Commonwealth Games, securing the bronze medal in the men's S7 freestyle event. He went on to represent Singapore at multiple Paralympic Games. Born with transverse myelitis, a condition that affects his spinal cord, Wei Soong has risen to become one of Singapore’s most prominent para swimmers. Beyond competition, he is a vocal advocate for disability sport and an inspiring role model to the next generation of athletes.
