Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang, PhD
Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang has been actively serving the disability sports and social services communities for decades. She currently serves as President of the Singapore National Paralympic Council, the Singapore Disability Sports Council, and Special Olympics Singapore. She is appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the President of the Republic of Singapore and was inducted into the Singapore Sports Hall of Fame in 2024 for her exemplary service and administrative leadership in shaping disability sports and youth sports in Singapore and beyond.
Dr Teo-Koh has served on numerous Boards and Committees over the years. She is currently a Board Director of Sport Excellence Singapore (SpexSG). She was a member of MCCY’s Enabling Sports Taskforce and contributed to the refreshed Disability Sports Masterplan 2024. She currently serves on the Singapore Prison Services’ Home Detention Advisory Committee & External Placement Review Board, Outward Bound Singapore Advisory Board, Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Care Fund Board and is a registered Deputy Solemniser with the Singapore Registry of Marriage. She was a Board Member of the Singapore National Council of Social Services (2022 -2026).
<pOn the regional and international fronts, Dr Teo-Koh is the elected Vice President (Sports & Technical Committee) of the ASEAN Para Sports Federation (APSF) Executive Committee (2026 – 2030) and also a Governor on the APSF Board of Governors. She is a trustee on the Agitos Foundation Board of Trustees/International Paralympic Committee.
In recognition of her excellence and dedicated and prominent public service to Singapore, Dr Teo-Koh has been conferred the following Singapore National Day Awards :

Mr Low See Lien
Mr Low See Lien is a Partner, Assurance at Baker Tilly Singapore. With his extensive audit experience, See Lien’s appointment augments the firm’s assurance competencies. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, and his clients include listed companies, multinational companies and statutory boards with an industry portfolio comprising oil and gas, technology, manufacturing, media and communication and retail. See Lien is a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
Mr Gary Chong
Gary PL Chong is a seasoned senior risk manager with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry across Asian and European banks. He's currently Managing Director at OCBC Group. In addition to his corporate role, Gary also serves in various capacities including Advisory Committee Member, Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of Business & Accountancy (NPBA), and Board Member, Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC) and Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC). Gary's multifaceted involvement in non-profit organisations showcases his commitment to education, sports, and social responsibility.
Ms Ng Wee Chew
Ms Ng Wee Chew is an independent financial advisor who helps clients to achieve greater financial security and peace of mind through personalised financial protection, investment and retirement planning, and estate planning. She was formerly a senior international finance leader with almost 30 years of experience and held board-level responsibility, with significant experience in corporate governance, including joint venture management, and enterprise risk management.
Ms Monique Heah
Ms Monique Heah is the Managing Director at Ecoflora (S) Pte Ltd. She has served as a committee member at the Equestrian Federation of Singapore for the past 16 years, and has helmed the positions of Honorary Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and Secretary General. She has also been involved in various major Games, namely SEA Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, in different capacities.
Ms Erynne Lim
Ms Erynne Lim is Group General Counsel at a single family office advising the shareholders of a Singapore-headquartered conglomerate with businesses across real estate, retail, technology, financial services, manufacturing and natural resources. Her expertise covers M&A, financing, asset management, governance and regulatory matters. Erynne previously served as Managing Director and APAC Head of Compliance at a global private equity firm and started her career in London as a corporate and equity capital markets lawyer.
Ms Gina MP Lim
Ms Gina MP Lim has a background in Management, Business Economics, and Finance, with extensive experience across fixed income sales and trading, structured finance, brokerage, and operations. Over the course of her professional career, she has worked at a range of financial institutions in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region—including Kleinwort Benson Bank, Amstel Financial Services, and Prebon Yamane—where she focused on building client relationships and developing new business. Ms Lim also brings significant experience in governance and financial oversight, having served voluntarily on the Board of the Equestrian Federation of Singapore for a decade in key roles such as Treasurer and Vice President. Deeply committed to community service, she has volunteered with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) Singapore and Assisi Hospice for over ten years. Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Ms Suzana Soo
Ms Suzana Soo is Principal of a SPED school at MINDS. She has been a board member of SDSC and Special Olympics Singapore since 2019. She is currently the Honorary Secretary of SDSC. She is also Chair the Community Sports and Participation Committee and a member of the Human Resource Committee at SDSC.
Ms Valerie Oh
Valerie Oh is a director in a wholesale trading company and has a deep interest in equestrian sports. She has served on the board of the Equestrian Federation of Singapore since 2021 and has accompanied the equestrian team as team manager at the Hangzhou Asian Games 2023 and the 33rd SEA Games in 2025. Ms Lim also brings significant experience in governance and financial oversight, having served voluntarily on the Board of the Equestrian Federation of Singapore for a decade in key roles such as Treasurer and Vice President. Deeply committed to community service, she has volunteered with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) Singapore and Assisi Hospice for over ten years. Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Mrs Clare Ferguson
Clare Ferguson is an experienced sports administrator, community sports advocate and volunteer leader committed to developing inclusive and accessible sport in Singapore. As Secretary of the Wheelchair Rugby Association Singapore, she has helped grow wheelchair rugby from its grassroots beginnings into a structured and competitive para-sport programme, creating opportunities for athletes. She is also Director and Treasurer of the SCC Rugby Academy, her experience spans both able-bodied and para sport, including community programmes supporting disadvantaged young people through partnerships with organisations such as Beyond Social Services and SportsCares. Clare is passionate about strengthening athlete pathways and ensuring para sport receives the profile, resources and professional support needed to thrive, and believes her practical experience can contribute meaningfully to Singapore’s Paralympic movement.
