On 6 December 2019, Citi Singapore celebrated Disability Inclusion and partnered with SNPC to advocate societal change in perceptions around disability, and to support para athletes as they prepared for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. This event was hosted by the CEO of Citibank Singapore and ASEAN Cluster Head of GCB Brendan Carney, and moderated by Citibanker Chang Guo Guang who was formerly a professional football player.

In conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities in December, two national para-athletes were invited for a dialogue session. Both shared their stories, experiences, challenges, and advice as para-athletes. It was a fruitful and enjoyable event with close to 100 Citi employees attending it.
