The Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC) is pleased to announce the selected athletes for Sailing and Athletics.

The SNPC is pleased to confirm that the following athletes have been selected and confirmed for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games:

Boccia	Ms Nurulasyiqah Bte Mohd Taha
	Ms Toh Sze Ning
Equestrian	Ms Laurentia Tan
	Mr Maximillian Tan
	Ms Gemma Rose Foo
Swimming	Ms Theresa Goh
	Ms Yip Pin Xiu
Sailing	Mr Tan Wei Qiang, Jovin
	Ms Yap Qian Yin
Athletics*	Ms Norsilawati Binte Sa’at

* Singapore has qualified for 1 male slot in Athletics. The final selection of the male athlete will be made known at a later date.

Singapore’s para athletes have qualified for 5 sports, namely, Athletics, Boccia, Equestrian, Sailing and Swimming. This is the most number of sports and athletes that Team Singapore will be participating for the Paralympic Games.* Singapore has qualified for 1 male slot in Athletics. The final selection of the male athlete will be made known at a later date.
