The joint Flag Presentation for the 26^th SEA Games 2011, Jakarta, Palembang, Indonesia and the 6^th ASEAN Para Games, Solo, Indonesia were held at SCAPE on the 01^st November 2011.The event was jointly organized by Team Singapore, Singapore Disability Sports Council, Singapore National Olympic Council and Singapore National Paralympic Council.  

The event was graced by the DPM Teo Chee Hean and Acting Minister of Community, Youth and Sports, Mr. Chan Chun Sing. The event had most of the athletes and officials for both the Games present. The Flag for the 6^th ASEAN Para Games was handed over by Mr. Chan Chun Sing to the Chef de Mission (CDM) Mr. Ee Tiang Hwee who handed over the flag to the flag bearer for the contingent, Mr. Firdaus B Nordin.

The athletes’ oath was jointly taken by able bodied fencer, Ms. Ruth Ng and our Bowler, Mr. Thomas Yong.
